Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a form of gentle exercise that is a fundamental component of self-care in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Less acrobatic than many yoga forms and more active than most meditation practices, qigong is an ideal place to start if you’re looking to increase your activity level from a sedentary baseline.

For more athletic participants, qigong will help you sleep well, improve memory and focus, feel more energized, and increase awareness around the ways your body moves through space. These exercises strengthen, calm, and support both body and mind, encouraging an overall sense of well-being.

This is a non-progressive class, so drop-ins are welcome, and movements can be adapted to accommodate most physical limitations.
