Kelly Raffaele, CYT
Kelly’s love of yoga began in 2001 while trying to navigate a very challenging time in her life. The combination of physical postures and focused breathing provided a level of mental clarity she couldn’t find anywhere else. During Kelly’s first year of practice, she was surprised at how not only physically challenging it was, but it’s ability significantly reduce the level of anxiety that she had been suffering with.
Kelly teaches a class infused with energy and stillness. Allowing students to find ease among possible physical and mental discomfort in a safe and attainable way. Classes are grounding, non-competitive and contain creative sequencing that can easily fit all levels. She teaches Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative and prenatal yoga.
Kelly is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher having completed her training with Jacqui Bonwell’s Sacred Seeds Yoga School, studying with Jacqui, Erica Margo Cahill and Katie Beane. Her desire to help others to live with more ease is what lead her to teach and spread the benefits of a consistent yoga practice. She doesn’t take life too seriously and has a passion in finding the connection between body, mind and spirit.
