Phoenix Kenney, CYT
Phoenix’s approach to yoga is through whole body consciousness and she challenges her students to notice what they often miss in the everyday experience. With slow yet intentional movements, her sequences are designed to build both physical and mental strength through focus and breath awareness. She hopes to help those around her grow more confident and connected in their body, mind and spirit. Her own practice began in Nepal when she saw potential beyond a physical practice through studying the philosophical and spiritual traditions of Yoga and Buddhism.
