Sal Clark, CYT

Sal is a mama, outdoor lover, banjo player, artist, and yogini. Yoga has inspired and supported her through many phases, transitions, and adventures in life- most recently the journey into motherhood.

A native of Portland, Maine, Sal spent over a decade living in the mountains of Colorado and California before returning to her home state. She completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training with the Maine chapter of Boston Yoga School and her Prenatal Teacher Training in Union, Maine with the ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts.

Sal's classes offer a mix of flow and stillness, challenge and relaxation. They are light and playful and often themed around rhythms of the natural world.
