Warrior Wednesday is a class for those looking to strengthen their bodies, challenge themselves and have some fun! In this All Levels class we introduce and play with different poses including (but not limited to) standing balance, inversions and arm balances. There will always be modifications and prep poses for beginners so don't be intimidated! We focus on core, leg and arm strengthening as well as endurance building in this class. Bring a smile and determination and we'll handle the rest!
