Spring is here! We finally place our winter gear in storage, rotate out the snow tires, and plant some seedlings. With all the energy and care we give to these external necessities and activities, it can be easy to overlook our own well-being.

As we transition into warmer weather and emerge from hibernation mode, the body itself may be needing some attention. Your local physical therapist is here to help!
