Our Gentle Yoga Class is a place for you to arrive on your mat and slow down. We invite you to step away from your busy day and bring the attention inward. You may be led through a gentle-slow flow or find yourself holding gentle poses for a longer duration. Awareness of the mind-body connection as well as attention to your breath work will be emphasized in this class and your instructor will encourage you to listen to your body’s needs and respect its limitations.
Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
