We have found a permanent home at 1023 Washington Ave in Portland. This new location has plenty of parking, more treatment rooms and a spacious yoga studio. We are thrilled about this new chapter in Jade’s story and we look forward to sharing the beautiful new space with our patients and community.
Through integrating Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy and Yoga as a part of treatment, Jade will continue to innovate an approach to health care that’s solution based and outcome driven.

About the Facility
Located at 1023 Washington Ave, our Portland location has been serving the greater Portland community for over 20 years.
Founded in 2001, by husband-wife team John and Nancy Charlebois, Jade Integrated Health provides a pragmatic, efficient and balanced approach to healing. Jade is recognized by medical practitioners and clients for its pioneering services in licensed acupuncture, physical therapy, yoga therapy, and prenatal and postpartum treatments. Thousands of patients have benefitted from Jade’s forward-thinking integrative approach to pain management and customized programs that follow physician guidelines.
