Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage can be a full body massage or a massage focused on an area of particular tension, for example the neck and shoulders. This massage typically starts with some gentle strokes to warm up the soft tissues and then gradually moves into deeper pressure on specific areas. Deep tissue massage should never be painful, but the therapist may focus on tender areas.

What to expect?
When you come in for massage, our therapist will ask you to fill out a brief health history form. Then, your therapist will bring you back to a private massage room to talk to you about any health issues, massage preferences or answer any questions that you may have. When your interview is complete, the therapist will leave the room so that you might disrobe to your level of comfort and lie down on the massage table underneath a sheet and blanket.
After your massage, the therapist will leave the room so that you can get up and change. When you are ready for the therapist to come back into the room, just open the door and they will touch base with you for feedback regarding your experience.
