Mom and Baby Fitness
Ready to get a workout WITH your baby? Mom and baby fitness class is designed for Mom’s to come to class with their baby and get both cardiovascular and core strength exercise. Exercise classes can include exercises using yoga mats, Physioballs, free weights and Thera Band.
The goal is to get moving, build strength and build flexibility with other postpartum women. The class can accommodate all levels of fitness, any exercise can be tailored to where you are!
