Pilates Core Fusion
Open to All Levels
In our Pilates Core Fusion class, you will learn the fundamentals on which to build your practice. Classes will focus on the basic movements as well as work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
Modifications will be given for those with physical limitations. This class is a great way to start and to watch the transformation in how you look, and more importantly, how you feel.
