Prenatal Yoga Flow
Prenatal Yoga Flow is a class specifically designed for the changing needs of a pregnant body (and company!). The class will flow through postures that are safe during all stages of pregnancy, with modifications as needed, in order to promote the wellbeing of mommy and baby.
Yoga flow is focused on decreasing stiffness/soreness, increasing energy, strength and stamina, as well as nurturing the mind-body connection that is so important during labor and delivery. This class is both refreshing and relaxing.
