Alison Ouellette, DPT
Alison Ouellette has over 20 years of experience working with patients to address their pelvic floor dysfunctions. She graduated from Simmons College with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003 and has taken several continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace and Pelvic PT Rising to expand my expertise in the field.
Alison works with all genders for pelvic floor dysfunctions affecting their bladder, bowel and sexual health, as well as the pregnant and postpartum population. She uses a holistic approach with her interventions to help people reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
Treatments include manual therapy, postural and body mechanics education, and therapeutic exercise.
Alison’s background as a Pilates reformer instructor also influences the exercises that she provides to patients. She strongly believes in providing education to patients about their dysfunction and explaining how the interventions are helpful while bringing them through their pelvic wellness journey.
