Aly Shannon, LMT
Aly Shannon is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in 2023. Her curriculum focused on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, and a variety of other modalities.
In working with these modalities, Aly supports clients in their goals by enhancing the body/mind connection and assisting structural reintegration. In other treatments, Aly utilizes her knowledge of lymphatic & circulatory techniques to support clients with a seasonal reset of their body systems.
Aly currently resides in Portland, where she plans to cultivate and evolve her practice as a LMT. Additional holistic modalities that Aly enjoys learning from are Herbalism, Breath-work and Sound Therapy. When Aly is not working or studying, she is typically tending to her plants, getting outdoors, or working on art projects.
