Chris Walsh, L.Ac

Christopher Walsh is a Nationally-Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist. He completed his Master of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture within Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Chris has always been fascinated by the human body. His initial interests began in human performance, participating in football, basketball, and track in high school. Then at the University of Massachusetts Amherst his focus shifted to optimizing human longevity with mindfulness and movement, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and becoming a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. After discovering Tai Chi and Qi Gong, he fell in love with the philosophy of Daoism and its applications in health, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, herbology, manual therapy, and movement practices. Chris has used his multi-disciplinary approach within hospitals, schools, athletic training facilities, home-visits, and senior centers, helping people of various backgrounds get excited about achieving optimal health.

Outside of medicine, Chris’s interests include (but are not limited to) biking, creating music, history and anthropology, perusing art galleries, and strolling around the city.
