Julia Galbraith
In 2011 Julia traveled to Maui, HI to complete her first yoga teacher training. What began as an immersive experience grew into a deep curiosity about movement, mindfulness, anatomy, and holistic well-being. More than 14 years later, that curiosity continues to guide both her work and ongoing learning.
Her approach is rooted in the LYT Yoga Method, developed by physical therapist Lara Heimann. By integrating principles of biomechanics, functional movement, and yoga, LYT offers an evidence-informed approach that supports strength, mobility, postural health, and longevity. It provides a practical framework for developing greater body awareness, deep core stability, and more efficient movement patterns. Julia's goal is to help people better understand their bodies and learn ways to optimize their physical and energetic alignment, both on and off the mat.
Outside of yoga, Julia enjoys being outdoors, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her son.
