Julia Redman, E-RYT, YACEP, C-LYT

Julia recognizes yoga as her strongest anchor in both her personal and professional life. She has been teaching for nearly a decade and has a dedicated personal practice. Julia completed her first 200 hour training in 2011 and 300 hour in 2014. A few years later, she became certified to teach prenatal yoga.

Most recently, Julia completed 300 hours of training in the LYT Yoga Method created by physical therapist Lara Heimann. This unique method was designed to help people achieve a more neutral, optimally aligned posture, and helps to facilitate the brain mapping of functional and sustainable movement patterns, so that we can feel better physically and energetically, on and off the mat. Stability, mobility, and adaptability are key features of this method. Julia draws inspiration from traditional Yogic and Buddhist philosophy and meditation practices and weaves that into her classes as well.

Julia has benefited greatly from her yoga practice and she loves sharing that experience with others. She believes yoga is for everyone, and she enjoys offering variations and options in her classes, encouraging people of all levels to feel comfortable in their body and practice.

Outside of yoga, Julia enjoys hiking/spending time in nature, cooking, living a vegan lifestyle, and being a mom to her young son.
