Keep Your Home Yoga Practice New and Interesting

Some physical therapy patients at Jade Integrated health partake in yoga 1-on1s. These patient often receive a personalized yoga sequence which was designed to balance their body at the time it was prescribed.

However, as the seasons and body changes some patients may have different needs. If you find that a sequence you have been practicing at home is no longer serving you then consider booking a private yoga session to get an updated sequence. Updating these sequences periodically can continue to challenge your practice and progress.

Alternatively, some patients independently explore other elements of yoga that you may use to adapt your practice. By starting with yoga 1-on-1s or private yoga sessions, patients learn the basics, and the dos-and-don't for their individual restrictions. This knowledge can keep yogis safe and injury-free when they transition to community classes or an independent at-home practice.
