Running Analysis
The basics
If one of your therapy goals is to return to running your therapist may include a running analysis. Your ability to return to running includes good use of specific muscle groups that will be tested. Then your running will be observed on a treadmill in the clinic. You will be given feedback about how to train your muscles to prepare to return to pain free running and how to adjust your running to decrease joint impact and avoid further dysfunction.
